So Now That Spain is Bankrupt... How's Life

I got the following comment from one of my readers.... It is just this type thinking that has taken down several of the European countries and threatens the USA...  It is a great idea until the money runs out and it always does... Spain, Greece, Italy, etc they are all in the same boat.   Sadly the USA is only about 5 years away unless we change and do it in 2013.

I'm a yankee expat living in Spain since 1973. I love it how whenever Americans quote the taxes we pay in Spain, they NEVER tell what we get in exchange. We true freedom - because everyone has a right to health care and if we lose our job or if our business goes belly up or IF WE GET CANCER or have a heart attack - WE DON'T have to sell our homes or cash in our kids college funds because we are taken care of.... We enjoy a fabulous health care system - STATE OF THE ART.. my husband just had a liver transplant for FREE including a stipend for his wife to take time off to be at his bedside. So you just go ahead and count your precious pennies and pray you don't get sick or lose your job cuz Uncle Sam aint gonna give a damn! on Current European tax rates - America next?

By the way, America does give a damn and in fact not a county in the world have we not helped when in need... An all you noes in the air Europeans seem to have forgotten that we bailed your asses out not once but twice.   You all would be worse off than the Russian people today, assuming Hilter left any of you alive.   Then we sent a few Billion of our dollars over to help you rebuild from what the Nazis left in ruins and you have the nerve to bad mouth American... My Dad and thousands of other dads put their life on the line to save your butts... oh how convenient it is to rewrite history.

OH, one other thing thanks for getting you ass out of the US and free loading some where else.  We have a few million more over here that we would love to see join you as well.   Funny how the masses risk their live, sneek into our country in the dead of night, wait for years for a visa to get into this "don't give a damn" country as you call it.  I do not see any lines forming to get leave at least as of today.
