NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
The following has been attributed to State Representative Mitchell Kaye from Georgia:
'We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, and delusional. We hold these truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim they require a Bill of NON-Rights.'
ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can
legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.
ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone --not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots,
and probably always will be.
ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.
ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes This one is my pet peeve...get an education and go to work..don't expect everyone else to take care of you!
ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but if it would turn out the same way as current public housing, we're not interested in public health care.
ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people..If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you put away for the rest of your sorry life.
ARTICLE VII: You do n ot have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.
ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful. (AMEN!)
ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.
ARTICLE X: This is an English speaking country. We don't care where you are from, English is our language.
Learn it or go back to wherever you came from!

ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one God You are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all, with no fear of persecution. What A Waste Of US Dollars or Actually China's Dollars Since They Came From Borrowed Money
Obama's Nov Trip to India
If you haven't already read or heard about Obama's trip to India on November 6th, you need to familiarize yourself with these facts!
Barack, his wife and the two girls are traveling to India on November 6th (right after the election) for a State visit. (Just a visitation; no official government business)
Here are a few highlights:
*Obama booked all 570 rooms, banquet rooms, and restaurants at the 5-star Taj Mahal Hotel.
*Additionally, they booked 125 rooms at the Taj President and 80 to 90 rooms at each the Grand Hyatt and Oberoi Hotels. The NCPA is also totally booked, where Obama will meet with business leaders.
*Meanwhile, Michelle will be meeting with "commercial sex workers" in Mumbai. (curious choice)
*He will take between 800 people plus staff with him
*He is taking BOTH Air Force ones and BOTH Marine one helicopters (to be used to ferry the Obamas around on their sightseeing).
*They are taking a total of 40 aircraft
*45 cars will be in his motorcade including his Lincoln Continental.
*Security will be huge, including the Navy and Coast Guard patrolling the sea front to negate the possibility of a missile being fired. And 35-40 Secret Service agents will arrive in India prior to November 6th.
*Obama is taking his personal staff, including his chefs, "not because his dislikes Indian food, but to ensure that his food is not spiked".
Google his trip for more information and to verify the information above. This "dude" (his newest nickname) truly must think he is King! Somehow he needs to be stopped! This is all happening while our country is suffering from unemployment, bad economy and excessive spending. These factors are obviously not important to Obama who has time to appear on TV comedy shows and play golf. What a crying shame!

AARP's Fall from Grace!!
AARP's Fall from Grace!!
I find this very interesting reading, so let's keep it going if you agree. It only takes a few days on the Internet and this will have reached 75% of the public in the U.S.A. Seniors need to stand up for what is right, not what the politicians want or big Corporations want.
This letter was sent to Mr. Rand who is the Executive Director of AARP.
THIS LADY NOT ONLY HAS A GRASP OF 'THE SITUATION' BUT AN INCREDIBLE COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!
Dear Mr. Rand,
Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith.
While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.
Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama Regime and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!
We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.
This Obama Regime scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don’t have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power. Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires.
Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? The illegal perpetrators have broken into our 'house', invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep these illegal perpetrators in comfort and learn the perpetrator’s language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.
I DON'T choose to welcome them.
I DON’T choose to support them.
I DON'T choose to educate them.
I DON'T choose to medicate them, pay for their food or clothing.
American home invaders get arrested.
Please explain to me why foreign lawbreakers can enjoy privileges on American soil that Americans do not get?
Why do some immigrants have to play the game to be welcomed and others only have to break & enter to be welcomed?
We travel for a living. Walt hauls horses all over this great country, averaging over 10,000 miles a month when he is out there. He meets more people than a politician on caffeine overdose. Of all the many good folks he enjoyed on this last 10,000 miles, this trip yielded only ONE supporter of the current Regime. One of us is out of touch with mainstream America. Since our poll is conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than ones that are driven by a need to yield AMNESTY. (aka - make voters out of the foreign lawbreakers so they can vote to continue the government’s free handouts). This addition of 10 to 20 Million voters who then will vote to continue Socialism will OVERWHELM our votes to control the government’s free handouts. It is a “slippery slope” we must not embark on!
As Margret Thatcher (former Prime Minister of Great Britain) once said “Socialism is GREAT - UNTIL you run out of other people’s money!”
We have decided to forward this to everyone on our mailing list, and will encourage them to do the same... With several hundred in my address book, I have every faith that the eventual exponential factor will make a credible statement to you.
I am disappointed.

interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations
International Health Organization.
Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five years
after diagnosis:
U.S. 65%
England 46%
Canada 42%
Percentage of patients diagnosed with diabetes who received
treatment within six months:
U.S. 93%
England 15%
Canada 43%
Percentage of seniors needing hip replacement who received it
within six months:
U.S. 90%
England 15%
Canada 43%
Percentage referred to a medical specialist who see one within
one month:
U.S. 77%
England 40%
Canada 43%
Number of MRI scanners (a prime diagnostic tool) per million people:
U.S. 71
England 14
Canada 18
Percentage of seniors (65+), with low income, who say they are in

I don't know about you, but I don't want "Universal Healthcare"

Put God Back In Our Country

response.. She said, 'I believe God is deeply
saddened by this, just as we are, but for years
we've been telling God to get out of our
schools, to get out of our government and to get
out of our lives. And being the gentleman He
is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can
we expect God to give us His blessing and His
protection if we demand He leave us alone?' //

started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was
murdered, her body found a few years ago)
complained she didn't want prayer in our
schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you
better not read the Bible in school. The Bible
says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal,
and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said

spank our children when they misbehave, because
their little personalities would be warped and
we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's
son committed suicide). We said an expert
should know what he's talking about.. And we

have no conscience, why they don't know right
from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to
kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.//

messages regarding the Lord, people think twice
about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar
and obscene articles pass freely through
cyberspace, but public discussion of God is
suppressed in the school and workplace. //

Constitutional Quotes During "State Of The Union" (SOTU) Address.
Consider this:
1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review,
is no longer a “lawyer”.. He surrendered his license back in 2008 in order
to escape charges he lied on his bar application.
A “Voluntary Surrender” is not something where you decide “Gee, a license
is not really something I need anymore, is it?” and forget to renew your
license. No, a “Voluntary Surrender” is something you do when you’ve
been accused of something, and you ‘voluntarily surrender” you license
five seconds before the state suspends you.
2. Michelle Obama “voluntarily surrendered” her law license in 1993.
3. So, we have the first black President and First Lady — whom don’t
actually have licenses to practice law. Facts.

Mr. President. By the way, the promises are not a notion, our founders
named them unalienable rights. The document is our Declaration of
Independence and it reads:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
11. And this is the same guy who lectured the Supreme Court moments
later in the same speech?
