A Quick History Lesson from a Black Lousisana State Senator

A must watch for all Americans not just voters... This Black Louisiana Senator really captures the issue of the Black People being used by the Democratic Party for political gain while the race continues to decline in so many ways.   Black on Black Crime is running wild, prison population of young back men in prisons is approaching 40 %, Black on white crime continues to rise.
